The staff were kind, caring, professional and well organized. The first time I was booked for the MRI, I was not able to deal with the pain associated with the knee injury and so the technologist suggested putting it off for a few days. There was no charge for the time used up and the appointment was rescheduled.
The second time the technologists made every attempt to accommodate my needs for the MRI. It was successful. I want to send my thanks to the staff starting with Cara at the front desk, and the technologists who the MRI experience very easy for me. "
